Skinny Poolside Dip
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 jalapeno, seeded, finely diced (double it up or leave in seeds if you want more spice)
1 small can black olives, finely diced
15 ounce can corn, drained
1 packet ranch seasoning
Mix together, refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve.
- I tried this dip for the first time last year, and it's so good, it made me want to hug my Mamma! You can use fat free cream cheese if you like, but I think it tastes like curdled milk, so full fat for me! This is a great recipe to a finger foods bash. It just seemed like a good recipe to post today because the weather is warmer and summer will be here before we know it! And cream cheese warms me heart, lads and lasies!! God bless!!
