Good morning! I made this yummy recipe for my daughters family on Saturday and they loved it! It was sooo easy, too! Only three ingredients...I admit that I judge a recipe by the number of ingredients it takes to make it. Less is more, people, less is more! I am posting the link here:
You will need:
Boneless chicken thighs
Stuffing mix (I used herb)
The short version is: Make the stuffing as directed. Lay the thighs out flat and put the sruffing in the middle. Roll up the thighs and secure with a toothpick. Wrap in bacon crossways, and lengthwise. Secure with more toothpicks. Bake. I had to bake them a little longer than this recipe indicates. My oven is not the quickest in the world. But this was such an easy recipe, and I will definitely make it again! The link has more explicit directions. I would add only one thing: if there is any bacon left over after wrapping the thighs, fry it crisply and eat it!☺️☺️☺️That is all...
