I just finished reading this book. It has a fresh perspective on being positive. Lots of good stuff in here. The thing I liked most about it was the advice to start you day off positively and relaxing. I have taken his advice for the last few days and it's made a difference! I would highly recommend this book if you are struggling with staying positive in a negative, defeated environment or if you're stress level is maxed out. I really enjoyed it!
I actually got to hear Steve Gilliland speak at our Professional Seminar. He's great. Very motivational!
